1/2 cup organic apple sauce
1 can natural value full fat coconut milk
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
12 pastured eggs
2 1/2 -3 cups Ottos cassava flour
3 Tbsp coconut oil for waffle iron
Yield 10-12 waffles
- Add bananas, coconut milk, apple sauce, eggs, and vanilla to your food processor.
- Add cassava flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Process until smooth.
- Heat your waffle iron - once your waffle iron is hot, drizzle with coconut oil and scoop your waffle batter onto the waffle iron.
- Top with sunflower maple syrup and enjoy!
Sunflower Maple Syrup Ingredients
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, soaked overnight and rinsed
1 cup pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp E-Lyte
1 Tbsp vanilla
Combine sunflower seeds, maple syrup, E-lyte, and vanilla into a high powered blender. Blend until completely smooth.
