Recipe: Immune Supporting Smoothie

A great tasting smoothie for the whole family :) 

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 - 1 1/2 cups homemade coconut milk

4 pastured egg yolks

2 cups frozen blueberries

2 Tbsp coconut butter

2 tsp Bodybio Balance Oil

1/4 tsp BodyBio Vitamin C Crystals

1 lemon, juiced

1 tbsp E-Lyte electrolytes 

7 drops of BodyBio Zinc

1 -2 tbsp Manuka honey (optional)

Combine all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
