Product Guarantee

We guarantee all our products. You may return any item purchased from BodyBio, Ltd. for any reason within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a refund.

Please print out and use our BodyBio, Ltd. Return Form, available here online, ensure the package has your name and order number on it, and follow the directions below:

1. Print out and complete our online BodyBio Ltd. Return Form and enclose with your return. Please be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return.
2. Carefully package the product and ship to BodyBio Ltd. within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. All returns are subject to inspection to determine if credit applies. You will receive a full refund for unopened items that have been returned within fourteen (14) days of original delivery date.
4. BodyBio Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
