    Helps with my sluggish gall bladder

    I've always had a sluggish gall bladder, even uncovering a genetic snip that many of European descent have that results in the GB moving slowly. As I've worked on gut health, adding TUDCA has really helped keep things flowing and healthy.

    I think this is helping with my bowel issue, however, I do want to change over to butyrate so I don't have to take a probiotic anymore.
