    Makes water taste richer…

Not sure how else to put it…this doesn’t really have a flavor but it gives my water a rich, kind of milky taste that I really enjoy. I can down a liter very quickly with it added. I’m very active and do think it has helped a bit with muscle recovery and general hydration. I take a serving daily per recommendation of my naturopath.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE e-lyte!

e-lyte is the best electrolyte 'drink' I have found! Nothing but electrolytes and potassium iodide as a preservative. I especially like taking it before bed to keep from getting muscle cramps that wake me up. It has a slightly salty taste, that is refreshing to me. :-)

    Set me straight.

I was struggling with balancing my electrolytes due to CIRS. My nutritionist recommended e-lyte and they turned my days around. I went from being dizzy, headaches and heart palpitations to feeling normal again. I take 4 caps of e-lyte daily now and I have never felt better.

Frequently Asked Questions

e-lyte Electrolyte Concentrate cleans and replenishes the blood by balancing the essential electrolytes, which is vital for proper CNS (central nervous system) and muscular function. Not only balancing, but constantly adding, in cases of fatigue and poor metabolic function, such as muscle cramps in legs and feet. Electrolytes drive all muscle function from the blinking of an eye to the wiggling of a finger.

e-lyte Electrolyte Concentrate is a proprietary blend of purified water with three macro minerals: potassium, sodium, and magnesium and their chemical partners: phosphate, chloride, bicarbonate, and sulfate.

The water used in e-lyte Electrolyte Concentrate is first passed through two filters, then through a large GE Reverse Osmosis filter, followed by another filter, an ultraviolet purifier, then a deionizer, and finally, another filter. Just prior to packaging/filling, the water is sent through another filter as well as an additional ultraviolet filter. Water is our business! We are dedicated to providing the very best quality possible for all e-lyte Electrolytes and BodyBio ReMineralize.

The recommended dosage of e-lyte Electrolyte Concentrate is 1 capful of concentrate to 8 oz. of water. Drink an 8 oz. serving 1-2 times daily, or as directed by your physician or healthcare practitioner.

There are 16 servings per 4 oz. bottle of e-lyte Electrolyte Concentrate and 64 servings per 16 oz bottle.

e-lyte Electrolyte Concentrate can be mixed with water or milk. Milk provides Calcium, the last of the important macro electrolytes. You can also pour 1 capful of concentrate into already cooked soups, broths, stews, or any food you'd normally add salt to. Do not cook with e-lyte Electrolyte Concentrate, as the heat of cooking tends to reduce the magnesium content. Add it in after cooking.

Many sports drinks and most fruit juices can carry a strong acid pH, which changes the pH of e-lyte Electrolyte Concentrate. It is best if they are not used together. The high sugar content precipitates (removes) the alkaline macro minerals out of the solution before the body can use them. Plus, it doesn't seem to taste right. You generally would not add salt to fruit drinks.
