    Evening Primrose

I haven't been using it for very long so I'm not sure if there's any significant benefit yet. But I have not had any adverse reaction to it.

    Makes me so tired

I am still figuring out how to dose this product but wanted to share that it makes me so tired. About 2 hours after I take it I start yawning uncontrollably. I have started only taking half of a gel capsule and will try to take it closer to bedtime.

    Excellent product!

Could not be more pleased with the evening primrose oil. It has really helped with sleep. When taking 2 capsules a day I most often sleep through the night. Without it I wake several times a night. Thank you Body Bio.

    hot flashes gone.

I know the "only standardized clinically reviewed bla bla" for hot flashes is slapping on some estridiol and gulping some progesterone but I thought I'd try primrose first. Literally, in a day, my night time hot flashes were gone. It's not a placebo effect as the allopathic gods would insist. I believe primrose just gave my body the GLA it needed to sail on coolingly. I had tried other primrose oil with no effect. Great quality and truly works (for me) and I hope you!
