    Nightly Restful Sleep

    I often struggle with nighttime anxiety and getting my thoughts to quiet down. I take Calm approximately an hour before bed and I believe that it has contributed to more restful sleep and slowing my thoughts.

    For days like this

    I have found this to be extremely helpful on days that tasking runs high. As well it’s wonderful for relaxing more deeply when sleep isn’t needed but deep relaxation is.
