    It's kinda crazy how calming this is

    I bought this after being really surprised and impressed with how much PC and Balance oil have been helping me with focus and mental clarity. I got this b/c I am tired of crazy hormones making me rage out during my cycle. I'm shocked how much it works. I feel way way way more calm when I take it. One time so much so that I took a nap. So I do find I have to take it when I am midway into work so I just remain focused, rather than if I take it on a day off, where I almost feel so calm that I just end up being lazy. It's that calming, haha. Close to having a light buzz. My sisters and I all take it now. My one sister has bad anxiety and said it helped a lot to calm her (she compared it to being a little stoned, haha). Really really helps with the mood swings. Highly recommend.
