Easy to take
Quick way to mix in minerals daily. Wish it was more concentrated. I go through these bottles quite quickly. I have notice some general improvements on a variety of Body Bio and other goods. Unfortunately it’s hard to differentiate what works best when you take boatloads of prescribed supplements. Hoping it helps. Will know more after retest in late April or May.
